2. Can I get a refund if part of the game was missed?
Yes, if a portion of the game footage is missing or not filmed, we will provide a partial refund. Please report the issue by contacting us through our Support Form. Full refunds are provided for accidental purchases of the wrong team or event footage.

3. How do I report an issue with my order?
To report any issues with your order (missing footage, wrong event, etc.), fill out our Order Support Form with the details of your purchase, including the event name, game, and team. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. How long does it take to receive my footage?
Game footage is typically available within 2-7 business days after the event concludes. You will receive an email with a link to download your footage once it becomes available.

5. Can I edit my footage after purchasing it?

6. Where can I upload my footage?
While Starlight does not allow users to upload content directly to our site, you are free to upload your purchased footage to any external platform such as YouTube, Facebook, or Hudl.

7. What should I do if I purchased footage for the wrong event?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong footage, please report the issue via our Support Form. We will issue a full refund once the mistake is verified.
