(“Starlight,” “we,” or “our”) and before using the services, features, and functionality made available by us via the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Services.

Services Overview

Starlight films and distributes video footage from sports recruiting events to participating athletes. We also offer video editing services for highlight reels. Users may purchase event footage if they choose to. No subscription services are provided, and no content is uploaded by users to the Site.

Ownership of Footage

All photographs, films, video footage, or other content captured and provided by Starlight (collectively, the “Footage”) are the exclusive property of Starlight. Upon purchase, users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the Footage solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users are expressly prohibited from uploading, posting, or distributing the Footage on any third-party platforms, websites, or services, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, or Hudl. Any reproduction, redistribution, or use of the Footage that diminishes or could reasonably be expected to diminish Starlight’s potential revenue, including unauthorized downloads or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in the termination of access to the Footage and/or legal action for infringement of Starlight’s intellectual property rights.

Refund Policy

Starlight generally does not issue refunds. However, in the event that part of a game is missing or not filmed, we will offer a partial refund that reflects the amount of the game that was missed. If a user accidentally purchases the wrong footage, such as from the wrong team or event, they may request a refund by contacting us at info@starlighttv.net.

User Accounts

To purchase services from Starlight, you may need to create an account with us. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the termination of your account and your ability to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us
immediately at info@starlighttv.net.

Privacy Policy

Starlight collects personal information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers for the purposes of delivering our services. We will protect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All materials made available through the Services (including but not limited to video footage, text, images, and graphics) are the property of Starlight and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without express prior written permission from Starlight.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the functionality of the Site. You agree not to: (i) Post any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content via the Services. (ii) Use the Services to harass or harm others. (iii) Provide false or misleading information when registering an account. (iv) Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or refuse service to users who violate these Terms.

Liability Release and Waiver

The use of Starlight’s Services involves inherent risks related to video capture and storage. By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to release and hold harmless Starlight from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Starlight, its affiliates, or their respective employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services or ten dollars ($10), whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to the Terms

Starlight reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. By continuing to use the Services after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
